I believe in working as a team with you to reach your treatment goals. For some the goal is to simply relax, for others to recover from an injury and for yet others to get to the root of and resolve multiple sources of pain. I employ a variety of modalities and tools to effectively address your body’s issues. No one massage is the same, as my hands sense what your tissues need during that session. Intuition and training shapes each treatment plan.

What began as a means to both earn money and continue to be present for my children, has become a calling. As a massage therapist, I am challenged daily to solve the puzzles of my clients’ aches and pains, encouraged as each progresses over the course of their therapy. My career is not just a means to an end, a way to pay the bills, but a journey filled with amazing people I have the privilege of walking alongside in their healing journey.

When not in clinic, I enjoy a variety of adventures, which may include camping, tide pooling, motorcycling, traveling or all the above. When at home I enjoy gardening, photography and charging my solar batteries, if the sun comes out.

Annalie Bamberg LMT OBMT #28762

Massage Therapist, Front Desk Coordinator

I had the privilege of growing up under a massage therapist who is as gifted as she is skilled, my Mama. Being immersed in the world of bodywork from a young age, I have seen and experienced the powerful impact of this form of healthcare on physical, mental, and emotional health. These experiences prompted me to pursue training at the East West College of the Healing Arts, where I graduated December of 2024. My studies included training in Swedish, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Movement Techniques.

Patterns within the body were emphasized in my elective studies of Tui Na and Structural body work techniques and I incorporate this lens into my sessions in order to form effective treatments. The wisdom of the body is evident in its ability to communicate needs through these patterns. As such, I seek to tune into these patterns in order to provide treatment that meets my clients where they are. I am here to guide and support you in your healing, whatever that may look like. For some, it is an hour of relaxation, for others it is addressing an injury, and sometimes it is unwinding the root of multiple complaints. I seek to work with you as a team so that together, we can move toward feeling your best and living your best life.

I have worked with Source as a front desk coordinator since 2021, giving me the expertise to take care of your scheduling and supplemental care needs as well. Transitioning into my role as an LMT, I’ve been delighted to develop my practice within our highly collaborative environment.

In the future, I plan to return to school and advance my skills by earning a doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. When I’m not working or studying, I am developing my side career as a dancer (swing, waltz, and more), reading, experimenting in the kitchen, planning my next road trip, exploring music, and getting outdoors with my favorite people.
