Arrival To Our Office

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will warmly welcome you, and request that you complete our consent forms and your intake forms, if not already completed. This information provides us with your health history and information on your condition.

History Intake / Examination

Next, you will sit down with Dr. McCall in our exam room to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. McCall to learn more about you, your condition, and your expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.

Treatment

After your history intake, Dr. McCall will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your reflexes and flexibility. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.

At the conclusion of this initial examination, you can choose to experience your first adjustment. This may include spinal adjustments. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns or ask questions about the different styles of treatment anytime during the process.

Follow Up Treatment

Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, Dr. McCall will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions including:

  • How can you help me?
  • How often do I need to come in?
  • Do I need any supplements?

After reviewing your health history & goals, Dr. McCall will discuss recommendations and notify you if your condition requires care with other providers. Dr. McCall strives to provide the best treatment and wellness program for your needs.

Our Customized Approach for Massage

Arrival To Our Office

Upon entering our office, our receptionist will warmly welcome you, and request that you complete our consent forms. This information provides us the ability to treat you for your massage appointment.

History Intake

Next, you will sit down with your massage therapist in their massage room to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This gives your massage therapist the tools to learn more about you, your condition, and your expectations. Prior to your massage, feel free to ask them any questions about the technique or tell them any concerns you may have. Your massage therapist will work with you and will tailor a massage specific to your needs to help you meet your goals.

Massage

After your history intake, your massage therapist will ask you to undress to your level of comfort and to get on the massage table while they step out. They will then spend either 60 or 90 minutes with you for your massage. Your massage will consist of what you decided at the beginning of your intake and at any time you can change how they work by communicating immediately if you feel any discomfort. Your needs are taken into account to fully benefit your body’s healing as massage and bodywork are most effective when your body is not resisting. It is always your massage, and your preferences will be taken into account in your appointment time. As always, we will get your consent before any treatment is performed.

You will be able to reschedule another massage either on your own time or your massage therapist can recommend a treatment plan to fully help benefit your body.

After reviewing your history and completing your initial massage, your massage therapist will discuss recommendations and notify you if your condition requires care with other providers. Our massage therapists strive to provide the best therapeutic and wellness for your body’s overall health.
