Principles of AK

Greek Origin: Kinesis meaning “to move” and ology meaning “to study”

Applied Kinesiology gives you the ability to evaluate body function in a holistic sense, with your heart, mind and hands. Every muscle in the body is related to a specific organ, gland, acupuncture meridian and/ or function in the body. Through accurately testing specific muscles, the doctor can locate structural, biochemical, emotional and electromagnetic imbalances in the body, and identify the proper method of correction. It yields immediate specific data to successfully treat your patients quickly, safely and effectively. AK is designed to be a part of a holistic approach to preventive medicine.

The goals of Applied Kinesiology are:

  1. To restore normal nerve function
  2. Achieve normal endocrine, immune, digestive and other internal organ functions
  3. Intervene early in degenerative processes to prevent or delay pathological conditions
  4. Restore postural balance, correct gait impairment and improve range of motion

Emphasis is placed on treating patients effectively and to restore and maintain health, as well as provide the patient with education that creates long-life referring patients.

“Applied Kinesiology is based on the fact that the body language never lies.” – George G. Goodheart

“The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will instruct his patient in the care of the human frame, in diet and the cause and prevention of disease.” – Thomas Edison
